Delicious Library!

Ok, our first of is an app I have been using for years now. Lots of us collect DVDs and love to share these with friends… The only problem is that we and our friends also love to forget who lend which DVD.

Delicious Library is a great tool which makes it possible for you to keep track over who you lend which DVD, it gets its information from amazon, so adding a DVD is easy as pie. Enter the title, and most of the times you’re done. You can even use your iSight which is able to scan the bar-code on the DVD cover and then hook you up with all the info. (Cover, plot information, cost, rating etc.

BTW, not only does Delicious Library keep track over your DVD, it works exactly the same for books, games and your music CDs. AND its looks are stunning! Just like the developers’ site (Delicious Monster) the App is designed wonderful, and won some great prices!

It also fits in with your iCal calendar which allows you to keep track over the time you lend your DVDs. If you’ve got some stubborn friends like me, who tend to forget to bring me my DVDs every time (like my sister ;) ) you can also let Delicious Library spam them about it automatically. Since I love my friends, I try NOT to spam them, but hey… like I said, maybe a great deal for those really stuburn ones ;).

The other integration which I love is the way it uses your Address Book. Delicious Library even gets the picture you attached to your contacts.
